Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held at The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ.  

Is there a special rate at the conference hotel?
Yes. If you book through our block, the room rate is $99 per person, per night (plus any applicable taxes).  Book before February 20, 2019.  We recommend you book early!  Our room block often fills up before the release date, and we are not guaranteed to get additional rooms at the $99 rate once the room block is filled. How much does the conference cost for Exhibitors?
Exhibit Fee for AWWA Members is $895, which includes two (2) Full Registrations, a skirted 8-foot table and 2 chairs. Your company must be either an AWWA Service Provider Member -- or your Primary Booth Representative must be an Individual AWWA Member.  Non-AWWA members pay $1,100 for the above-described Exhibit Space.  Additional booth representative can be purchased.  We encourage you to join AWWA - or renew your membership - before you register. Can I Pick my Booth Location?
You can submit a location preference. AWWA NJ reserves the right to assign exhibitor space. Sponsors get first preference on booth locations, and after that, booths are assigned primarily on a first-come first-served basis; however, AWWA NJ reserves the right to adjust exhibitor assignments.

When Will I Know My Booth Number?
AWWA NJ does not make Exhibitor Assignments until the hall is full (or nearly full). Booth assignments may not be published prior to February 25th.

What Happens if the Show is Sold Out?
The show has been sold out for the last five years. When this happens, AWWA NJ creates a Waiting List, in the order (date/time) that registrations/requests are received. If space opens up, AWWA NJ will contact companies on the wait list, in the appropriate order.

I'm an AWWA Member - why is it trying to charge me nonmember rates?
If you are an AWWA member, and the system is not showing you member rates, the most likely reason is that you did not log in, your membership may have lapsed, or you may be an AWWA member in another state or region. Please contact the Section Office before you register (866-436-1120).

Will There be Electrical Service at my Booth?
No. Electrical service is NOT included. It must be purchased separately, using the forms provided in the Exhibitor Kit.

Can I pay with a Check?
Yes. And you can - and should - still register online!  During checkout, select "Bill Me" as your payment option, and When you complete the registration, an invoice will automatically be generated and emailed to you, so please check your email. You should  mail the invoice in with your check to the address shown on the bottom of the invoice.

How much does a exhibit booth cost?
Exhibitor Registration includes two (2) Full Registrations, and additional booth reps can be purchased. Again - AWWA Members pay less than non-AWWA Members! AWWA Member Booth Fee is $895.00. Non-members pay $1,100.00.   Click Here for Exhibitor Information

Can I get Continuing Education Credits?
Virtually all our technical sessions are approved for TCHs for NJ Water operator licenses. In addition, sessions may also be approved for NJ Professional Engineering credits (PDHs) and NY Professional Engineering credits (CPCs) -- and some sessions may be approved for wastewater credits too.  If you attend all days of the conference, and all sessions possible - you could earn up to fourteen (14) TCHs.

AWWA NJ uses barcode scanning to verify attendance at sessions. It is critical that you SCAN into and out of each session in order to receive your credits!!
