Where will the conference be held?
The conference will be held at The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ.  

Is there a special rate at the conference hotel?
Yes. If you book through our block, the room rate is $99 per person, per night (plus any applicable taxes).  Book before February 25, 2018.  We recommend you book early!  Our room block often fills up before the release date, and we are not guaranteed to get additional rooms at the $99 rate once the room block is filled. How much does the conference cost for Individuals?
It depends on your registration category.  You can register for the Full Conference or choose a 1-Day Registration (anything more than one day is a Full Registration). It's also important to register early to take advantage of better prices. And - AWWA Members pay less than non-AWWA members.  We encourage you to join AWWA - or renew your membership - before you register. Click here to register for the Conference!

Is there a Utility, Regulatory Agency, Educational Institution, Government Agency or AWWA NJ Sponsor Promotional Discount?
The Utility, Regulatory Agency, Educational Institution, Government Agency  or AWWA NJ Sponsor Promotional Discount is no longer available. All fees are as indicated on the Registration Forms.

I'm an AWWA Member - why is it trying to charge me nonmember rates?
If you are an AWWA member, and the system is not showing you member rates, the most likely reason is that you did not log in, or your membership may have lapsed. Please contact the Section Office before you register (866-436-1120).

Can I pay with a Municipal Purchase Order?
Yes. And you can - and should - still register online!  During checkout, select "Bill Me" as your payment option, and put your PO# in the space provided. When you complete the registration, an invoice will automatically be generated and emailed to you.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
In order to receive a refund, meeting cancellations must be received, in writing, no less than 3 business days prior to the seminar. No shows will be billed and will not receive a refund. If you cannot make it, but would like to send a substitution, please contact Mona Cavalcoli at 866-436-1120.

How much does a exhibit booth cost?
Exhibitor Registration includes two (2) Full Registrations, and additional booth reps can be purchased. Again - AWWA Members pay less than non-AWWA Members! AWWA Member Booth Fee is $895.00. Non-members pay $1,100.00.   Click Here for Exhibitor Information

How many credits will I get?
Virtually all our technical sessions are approved for TCHs for NJ Water operator licenses. In addition, sessions may also be approved for NJ Professional Engineering credits (PDHs) and NY Professional Engineering credits (CPCs) -- and some sessions may be approved for wastewater credits too.  If you attend all days of the conference, and all sessions possible - you could earn up to fourteen (14) TCHs.  

AWWA NJ uses barcode scanning to verify attendance at sessions. It is critical that you SCAN into and out of each session in order to receive your credits!!
