AWWA New Jersey Section invites you to a day of critical learning about communications -- both reacting to emerging and crisis issues, and proactive communications to build relationships and trust with the public and the media.

Utilities cannot afford to miss this opportunity to hear and learn from a professional communications’ consultant who has literally written the book on “Communicating Water’s Value.”

This will be an interactive workshop to give attendees tangible ideas and tools to take back to their workplace. Some workshop segments may use role-playing to demonstrate interaction with customers and/or media. If you are interested and willing to participate in this type of segment, please indicate so on the registration form
