Please note: Faxed registrations will NOT be accepted. Online and Emailed registrations must be paid with a credit card. Payments with Check and Municipal Purchase order must be mailed in and be accompanied by a registration form.

Q: Am I a member?
A: To register for AWWA Member rates, you must be an individual member of AWWA, or an employee of a company or utility that holds a company or utility membership in AWWA. If you aren't sure of your membership status, contact AWWA NJ at 866-436-1120.
Q: Do I have to pay the nonexhibitor fee?
A: You need to pay the $50 nonexhibitor fee if your company is not exhibiting at the conference, but is engaged in the sale of equipment, supplies, or services to the water industry. (AWWA NJ Sponsors and exhibitors are exempt from this fee.)
Q: Is a municipal voucher considered payment?
A: Yes, AWWA NJ accepts municipal vouchers (or purchase orders). Registrations paid with municipal vouchers or purchase orders MUST be mailed in. Please mail your completed registration forms and original (no fax) voucher/purchase order to AWWA NJ at the address shown.
Q: Do I have to register if I'm a speaker?
A: Yes, you must register so that you can receive a badge and conference materials. Speakers that are coming to the conference ONLY on the day that they are presenting are granted a one-day complimentary registration. Speakers who are attending the conference for more than one day must register and pay the appropriate registration fee.
